Program terms

The Florida Safe Home Pro platform is operated by FLORIDA SAFE HOME PRO, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Participation is governed by the participating contractor agreement entered into between FLORIDA SAFE HOME PRO, LLC and the contractor company. Specific Success Fee rates, payment terms, eligibility requirements, and program terms are established in that agreement. Activation is a one-time $1,500: a $500 Network Activation Fee plus a $1,000 Performance Credit, which applies only at the standard 15% rate, up to $250 per project, and never brings a fee below 12%. The standard Success Fee is currently 15% of the Original Signed Gross Contract Value of a qualifying project, unless a different rate is agreed in a signed rate addendum. Contractor activation fees, Success Fees, Performance Credits, payment obligations, disputes, reversals, cancellations and related billing matters are governed by the applicable contractor agreement between the contractor and FLORIDA SAFE HOME PRO, LLC; this page does not modify or replace that agreement.
