You quote, close, and complete the work. A Success Fee applies only on qualifying closed projects.
How pricing works
You Win the Project.
We Share in Your Success.
Joining has a one-time $1,500 activation: a $500 Network Activation Fee plus a $1,000 Performance Credit. After that, Florida Safe Home earns a Success Fee only when an opportunity we send you becomes a qualifying signed project. There are no per-lead charges.

Per-lead charges. Your Success Fee rate and payment terms are set out in your contractor agreement.
The Performance Credit applies only at the standard 15% Success Fee rate, up to $250 per project, and never brings a fee below 12%. Success Fees apply to qualifying projects referred through Florida Safe Home. Rates, fee calculations, eligibility requirements, and payment terms are governed by your participating contractor agreement.

Before any contractor is activated, we check submitted license information against Florida DBPR, review a submitted certificate of insurance, and consider category experience, service territory and platform fit. Applications may be declined based on experience and fit. Review reflects a point in time; approval does not guarantee any particular number or volume of opportunities.
